Francis (Frank) Séguin

Mr. Séguin graduated with a Bachelors’ in Business Administration and a Graduate diploma in Public Accounting H.E.C. Montréal in 2000 and 2001 respectively. He received his Chartered Accountant designation in 2002. Mr. Séguin is a senior manager in the assurance and advisory services group, specializing in the Public Sector group. Prior to joining Deloitte, Mr. Séguin worked at the Office of the Auditor General of Canada for approximately 6 years.
Mr. Séguin is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario as well as the Ordre des comptables agréés du Québec, and is a part-time lecturer at the Bachelors’ and graduate programs at the University of Ottawa and the Université du Québec en Outaouais, where his lectures includes accounting for employee future benefits and other complex accounting questions.
